Becca's Friday Roar
Dear Families,

As we approach conference season, I want to share why these conversations matter, not just for your student’s academic journey but for their growth as a whole person.

Simon Sinek reminds us to “Start with Why.” The why behind conferences is simple yet powerful: to strengthen the partnership between home and school so every student feels supported, understood, and inspired to thrive. Conferences aren’t just about grades or test scores; they’re about creating a shared vision for your student’s success. When we come together, we align on goals, celebrate progress, and identify strategies that help your student feel confident and capable.

Your voice matters. You know your student best, and your insights help us personalize learning in ways that truly make a difference. These meetings are an opportunity to ask questions, share observations, and collaborate on next steps because when we work together, students see that their growth is a team effort.

Thank you for investing this time. It’s more than a meeting; it’s a moment to reaffirm our shared commitment to your student’s future.

In community,

Becca Laroi
