Ashland High School Theatre's annual Haunted House is back and the theme is Alien Invasion! It will be open October 21st, 22nd, and 23rd -- two evenings and one afternoon. Friday and Saturday it will run from 6-8 pm and Sunday 4-6 pm. Tickets are $7 each. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult. Come and join us at the Mountain Ave Theater to get into the Halloween Spirit!

Interested in a career in tech? There are 15 open slots left to sign up for the OIT department and campus tour on October 14th! Open to juniors and seniors, the deadline to sign up is Friday, October 7th. Ashland High School Students sign up with the QR code at the bottom of the flyer. Bus leaves from AHS at 5:30am and returns at 5:30pm. Lunch and snacks will be provided! Any other questions can be sent to Alima at Alima@pyplus.org

Come join the Land & People Recognition Community Ceremony in celebrating the new installation, the Otterlifter, which honors the Indigenous peoples of our region. The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm on Thursday, October 6th, at 885 Siskiyou Blvd and the Ashland Highschool Quad.


Make-Up Picture Day is happening on October 14th! --
If you haven't already, make sure to get your picture taken in order to receive your School ID so you can attend future events!

AHS Students are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by working together to create a beautiful set of wings to take photos in front of. Tag us with your best photos in front of them!

On Thursday, October 6th, we will host honored guests, hear from speakers and performers, and learn about local climate and social justice activism. Your presence at the event will be truly significant: your support and receptivity makes it possible for ASD to articulate meaningful commitments to our students and community.

Students must have their student ID to get into the dance--
ID’s can be retrieved Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during lunch on the quad or before/after school in the main office--
If you do not have an ID ready for pick up we will print you out a temporary one--
All guests must be approved ahead of time by the main office. If you need a form please come to the main office and ask for Kim Hill. --
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THE DAY BEFORE THE DANCE.

It's that time of year- Picture day! Over the next two days, students will be going with their English class at a scheduled time to have their pictures taken. ID's will be distributed over the next two weeks as they are printed and delivered directly to students. Picture Day for AHS is happening Tomorrow & Friday!!

Today's JV Football game (Sept 1st) has been cancelled.

Due to poor air quality, the JV and Varsity soccer game against South Medford today has been cancelled and will be rescheduled, to be announced at a later date.
Our JV2 volleyball game is still on for tonight! We are hoping to start as close to 5:15 as possible (South Medford is having transportation issues).
We are still scheduled to play Mazama in girls soccer and Eagle Point for JV football this Thursday.
