  • Jackson County Expo (food, pets, clothing, cell phones, medical care, counseling, Red Cross, DMV, OHP, Insurance) shuttle from Home Depot to the Expo

Saturday, 9/12 & Sunday, 9/13
11AM - 2PM

Jackson County Expo - 1 Peninger Rd., Central Point
Families can find shelter (even for pets), food, clothing, cell phones, medical care, crisis counseling, faith-based support, Red Cross, etc. The Oregon DMV is helping to get new licenses and IDs, FEMA will be there soon, and OHP is helping with documents. There are people to help with paperwork and insurance. Spanish translators and interpreters are available. There are daily fire briefings and updates there too. We highly encourage people displaced by fires to head to the Expo. Our district has a shuttle from the Home Depot, but we can pick up anyone to get there. RVTD also has stops now at the Expo. It is a well-coordinated and amazing “nest” of support. Please help us spread the word.
