Grant dollars are now available for your 2014-15 professional development projects!
The vision of the committee is to support individualized learning needs and passions of teachers to increase student growth. Projects should be job-embedded and tied to a teacher’s student learning goals and/or Marshall rubric. Research on effective professional development supports sustained, collaborative learning in which the teacher receives support for the implementation of new knowledge and skills.
Applications will be scored using the committee-developed rubric embedded within the application. Applications that receive the highest composite scores will receive funding priority. Any application that receives a composite score below 7 will be sent back to the teacher(s) for further clarification and resubmittal.
