Ashland School District No. 5, Jackson County, Oregon – The Board of Directors met in a work session Monday, August 9, 2010, beginning at 8:00 PM in the Ashland Council Chambers, 1175 East Main Street, Ashland OR 97520. Present were:

I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 8:02 p.m. by Chair Davis.
II. Roll Check
A roll check was taken and all board members were present.
III. Review the 2009-10 Audit Management Letter
Jill Turner reviewed the 2009-10 Audit Management Letter and responded to questions.
IV. Review Early Retirement Program Actuarial Valuation Report
Jill Turner reviewed the Early Retirement Program Actuarial Valuation Report and responded to questions.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:08 p.m.
