Ashland School District No. 5, Jackson County, Oregon – The Board of Directors met in an executive session Wednesday, May 26, 2010, beginning at 6:30 PM in the District Office, 885 Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland OR 97520.  Present were:

I.

Call to Order

 

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Massie.

 

 

II.

Roll Check

 

A roll check was taken and all board members were present with the exception of Ruth Alexander.

 

 

III.

Executive Session in accordance with ORS 192.660 (2)(d) to discuss bargaining and personnel

 

The Board discussed bargaining and personnel.

 

 

IV.

Adjourn

 

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
