Senior All Night
Senior parents, did you know? The Senior All Night party....
is a WONDERFUL and SAFE celebration for your graduating son or daughter.
is a permanent memory of the last night they will spend with friends in their graduating class.
is coordinated entirely by parent volunteers!
Yes, that's right. Senior (and some junior) parents raise the money, pick out the prizes and activities, round up the food, and hire the DJ - all to make this a night to remember for their graduates. Neither AHS nor the School District is involved. So, the sooner we get started, the better!
The Senior All Night parent committee is organizing itself at a meeting from 7:00 - 8:30 pm on Wednesday, October 25th, in the IVC room at Ashland High School - and YOU are invited!
At this meeting, we will:
1. Decide on the location of the party (we have a tentative hold on the Family Fun Center)
2. Select two co-chairs, a treasurer, and a secretary
3. Set up various committees including: fundraising (yay!), prizes and raffle, food, volunteers, activities, marketing, and night of coordination
It will be a fast-moving, efficient meeting (we promise) and you will not be pressured to sign up for more than you feel you can handle. If we work together and everyone pitches in, it won't be a ton of work for any of us. We hope to see you there - and feel free to bring a friend!
