AMS Hosts Screening of SCREENAGERS at Ashland Street Cinema
Please join us for a free viewing and discussion of Delaney Rustonís film SCREENAGERS.
Ashland Middle School is proud to host a screening of this important film about the impact of the digital age on children and how to help them minimize harmful effects and find balance. In SCREENAGERS, physician and filmmaker Delaney Ruston probes into the vulnerable corners of family life to explore struggles over social media, video games, academics, and internet addiction. Through poignant, often funny stories and insights from authors, psychologists, and brain scientists, SCREENAGERS reveals how tech time impacts kidsí development and offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world.
Parents, students, siblings, and friends are invited and encouraged to attend this evening showing at our local movie theater. Ashland Middle School students will watch this film in school during the week of February 6-10 but can also attend this evening event with their parents to be part of the discussion afterwards.
