Ashland School District No. 5, Jackson County, Oregon - The Board of Directors met in special session on June 13, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. in the Ashland Council Chambers. Present were: Amy Amrhein ) Chair Chuck Keil ) Sheryl Lipski ) Board Members Terry Littleton ) Heidi Parker ) Juli Di Chiro, Superintendent Loren Luman, Business Manager Jeanne Peterson, Executive Secretary I. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. by Chair Amrhein. II. Roll Check A roll of the board was taken and all members were present. III. Hearing by the governing body on budget document as approved by the budget committee in accordance with ORS 294.430 Chair Amrhein presented the 2005-06 budget document as approved by the Budget Committee. There was no public input. IV. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
